1. Who processes your data

We are the controller of your personal data. We have not appointed a data protection officer — for all matters, please use the email address above.

2. What data we process

Contact form

When you write to us through the form on the Contact page, we process your name, email, phone number (optional), enquiry topic and message.

• Purpose: handling your enquiry and any follow-up communication
• Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f))
• Retention: 3 years from the last communication

Career form

When you complete the questionnaire on the Careers page, we process your name, phone number, email, age, driving licence and vehicle details, work experience, previous employment, machinery experience, self-employment status and possible start date.

• Purpose: assessing your application and including you in the recruitment process
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form
• Retention: 12 months from submission, or until you withdraw consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@24energy.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records technical data necessary to operate and secure the site — IP address, browser type, access time and pages visited. We do not link this data to identified individuals.

3. Who we share data with

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes and we do not sell it. We do, however, use the following processors:

• Webflow, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and storage of contact form submissions
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — processing and storage of career form submissions

Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser.

Essential cookies

These keep the site running — maintaining your session, securing the site and remembering your cookie preference. The site would not work properly without them, so no consent is required. They are set by the Webflow platform.

Analytics cookies

These help us understand how visitors use the site. We currently use no analytics or marketing cookies. Should we introduce them in future, they will only load after you have given consent through the cookie banner.

5. Your rights

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and obtain access to it
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• have your data erased where we have no further grounds to keep it
• request restriction of processing
• receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

6. Complaints to a supervisory authority

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it directly first.

7. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
